My mission is to challenge scientific and cultural assumptions about the relationship between weight and physical health as well as dominant neuronormative nutrition practices. ​I value the lived experiences of each individual and believe that my clients are the experts in their own experiences and care. I strive to offer a strengths-based and person-centered approach to nutrition counseling in a non-judgmental, supportive, and emotionally safe space.
